Description |
Radical Hill is a spur road that turns off of Webster Pass. At the top of the trail, it connects with the Swan Mountain Trail network. The trail is a typical high alpine trail with rocky surfaces and tight switchbacks. The two most challenging obstacles are a twisty boulder obstacle near the begninning of the trail and a steep loose hill climb at the top. The trail receives heavy shade in the early season, meaning the snow is slow to melt off. The trail rarely opens before late June. The top of the trail is an excellent place to see mountain goats in the summer. |
